which turbo?

ive had my scooby for about 18 months and still dont know what turbo is fitted
my car is a my94 uk wagon(late 94)
some say its a td04 others say ita a td05
so what is it and what boost can it handle?

td04 unsure on boost it can handle but iirc its limit is about the 280bhp mark.

I thought early uk wagons had the same turbo as the early uk saloons, ie td05

I always been lead to believe that all wagons had 04's. I thought early uks were 04's aswell. I thought it was always the early wrx's that had the 05's
