WRX Servicing Costs?

Hi Im thinking of purchasing a new WRX (EU) but would like some idea of servicing costs. I will probably be doing about 9k-10k a year and hopefully won't be driving like a lunny!

£120 ish minor £160 major... alternating every 10k
Add £250 for a cambelt every 40k miles.

Free 3 year sevicing on UK WRX's at the moment AFAIK

Servicing costs sound reasonable what about tyre life and is it true that clutches aren't covered, how long do they last and what do they cost to replace?
