Fluid change import Sti V3
My V3 STi is going into my local garage to have a fluid change ie diffs, engine ,g,box etc, Appart from the engine oil,what is the reccomended oils to use,Make, viscocity and amounts

Gearbox oil castrol syntrax 75/90, I think 3.5 litres, but most over fill to protect 3rd gear.
