I am presuming you are talking about an MY01/02 WRX (Bugeye)
With a full decat exhaust, panel filter and Tek 3 remap it may be possible to get a figure approaching 290bhp.
IMHO, I would also fit an up-rated fuel pump and knocklink at the same time
