I have a dash pod with the Secs system in it, which came fitted that way. I am about to fit Sti gauges in a defi pod to take the place of the Secs pod. I plan to fit a single din CD player with the Secs just above it in another single din, but it would appear that the double din size is not big enough for two singles. As far as I can see I need to trim quite a bit of the plastic surround away.

Anyone done this already or got any advice please.
