Fitting bigger injectors - A DIY Job?
As above. Is it easy to replace standard injectors on a newage car for bigger ones. Any useful tips to help me steer clear of disasters?
Is there much point in going to 440's from 380's or jump to 550's?
Thanks
Mark.

I presume when you say 550s your referring to the pink STI ones? (they are in fact 505cc) I had them fitted to my car, but i wouldnt attempt it myself, i guess it depends how technically minded and confident you are at doing things under the bonnet......
Not much point in 440s really....be wiser to get he 505s and stress them less
you thinking of over 300bhp? If your only thinking of say 280, then just use your standard ones.

Was thinking of around the 300hp mark. I wouldn't say I was particularly technically minded - I have uprated the fuel pump myself /changed plugs & fitted downpipe - can it be harder than this to replace injectors?

dont quote me on this but i think if you just wanted to achieve ~300 then it may be a lot cheaper to up the fuel pressure and in effect make the 380 injectors, 440 injectors.
Instead of going to the expense of brand new ones?
