The 6.1s are currently in my Impreza, They do fit but only just! You wouldn't get anything much deeper in without a custom door build.

 

The 6.1's arrived yesterday and I had them fitted within 20 minutes.

The bass response is pretty damn good already, god knows what they will be like once bedded in. Sound is now perfectly (scuse the pun) balanced with the perfect 10's.
