Thumbs up Warranty Warning Update

At last my faith in Subaru might have been restored. Having got my warranty disagreement to the right people at IM I hope I will soon be able to announce a satisfactory conclusion to my problem. As I'm sure you will all agree this can only be when a new engine has been fitted.

Hope to be out and about meeting you all again soon. Thanks to all of you who contributed to my previous thread and offered good advice and support.

Barry

Barry,

Good to hear that

It was very good of IM/Subaru to review your claim and quickly too

We can get a bit emotional in these circumstances, trouble is then we end up "Burning Bridges" or even worse the big Companies just ignore the 'Little man' It does seem you must have presented your case in a good light

Tony

Ps "It's not over till the Fat ............." but it looks a lot better than it did 3 weeks ago

What was the cause of the engine failure? Was it determined?
