My car is due is fisrt annual service, how much does this cost and what work do they carryout?

 

The work they carry out should be listed in the service booklet, as for cost seems to depend on where you live

 

Funny you mention how much, the other day my brother poped by a VW garage to ask how much for oil & filter change for his Bora...£115+ VAT

£45+VAT to plug a computer on to check for faults
£25+VAT to clear the fault from screen

Additional costs for repair!

Now i thought that was little pricy

 

i just had 10k(first year)service

cost=£157 inc

service consists of=.. oil and filter change +fluid checks,ect
