The images don't work due to direct linking. Try editing your post to give just the link to that collection

I remember it well when I started building a track day sierra a few years ago when my Lancia blew up I then sold the bugger before using it though

Group A from scratch though must be one hell of alot of work putting all the brake lines inside the car & the fuel tank plus all the wiring and other bits are a masssive job How many hours have you spent so far on it?

Group N is "showroom spec" and still runs the rear seats & is limited to modifications where as Group A allows more modifications to the standard car.

its hardwork,

ive spent a few weeks on it now,it does'nt look like it i suppose, but its a big job, especially when i am doing most of the work on my own.

its going to be well into next year before i rally her as i need more money and rally stuff dont come cheap !!!!

luckily its my 2nd rally car that i have built from scratch so i know what to do with most of it.

Looking good. Be very interested in the engine bits. Are you just dropping a group A engine in or starting from a road engine base?

Tony.

Talking

cheers for the support guys

the engine is staying fairly standard at the moment (dependant on money/sponsors)

i dunno what events to go for at the moment,i havent realy looked into it,i may just do a few single venue events and then go for a multivenue event if it all goes well (fingers crossed !!! )

i hit a few problems today and was a little slow going but the wiring loom is near enough complete,it just needs a few hours finishing off.
the fuel tank has gotto come out,and looks like a fairly big job dropping the rear running gear etc i dont fancy doing it but i have to be in the right mood to tackle somthing like that !!!!

When you pick an event post up in 'Motorsport General', there's usually someone going to most events, myself included and you'll prolly get some pics! I'd imagine it to be a good place to find someone with a blue book too

Good luck
