I will reluctantly be putting my car on the market shortly and could do with a few opinions as to what is a realistic asking price in the current climate.

Sti 4, Type R 1997(P)
Sonic Blue
32,000 Miles
All the usual bits including adjustable diffs, intercooler water spray,aircon etc,

Its pretty much bog standard with the exception of SS Exhaust and Cat 1 Alarm
I have seen the same cars for sale for 16-17K which I know is a tad unrealistic but what do you think, any suggestions greatly appreciated.

The last 3 that I know of have sold for about £13.5 - £14k

Many advertised at higher prices, but simply not selling.

 

My local profprmance car dealer just sold 2 of these and they were both STI 4 and type R and also in sonic blue with under 30k on the clock,both immaculate and they went for £18,000 for one and £19,000 for the one they sold yesterday i was there when they sold it so its definatly true.
