Post Oil and water emp low oil pressure high

Ok driving into work this mornin ( form high wycombe on M40 to E1 in london) my water temp did not go above the C and mostly sat below it yet it usually sits in the middle of the scale. The oil pressure did not go below 7kg/cm3 on driving but usually sits around the 6 mark, and when on tick over did not go below 4Kg/cm3 but usually sits around the 2 mark. Oil temp did not go above 70 but when drivin sits at 80 when drivn hardish goes up to 90,95 and when sat in traffic can go upto 100. The car is serviced regulaly, oil changed every 3to 4000 miles its a my98 R wagon with a 6 speed box (fitted 2 months ago)

What i am asking is should i be worried or is it nothing

I think it might be the thermostat stuck open (makes a change on other cars ihave had thy usually stick closed so car over heats LOL )

How long does it take for your heater to start blowing warm? Should start blowing warm after 5mins of driving.

Drive it down the road for about 5mins then stop, and check the temperature of the top hose going to the radiator, if it's warmish then suspect your thermostat is stuck open
