stiff gearbox.....clutch or oil?

Ok, just had my car mapped a couple of weeks ago now, power is awesome, love it. One problem though, when cold the gearbox used to be quite stiff, then literally after a few changes its fine, now, its stiff for about 5 minutes....then it feels a little "looser" so even when the clutch is fully depressed then change can sometimes be "felt" a little more than is maybe normal.
I have invested in some better gearbox oil (redline shockproof) which is going in on saturday but failing that could the clutch be on the way out? or the release bearing? theres no clutch slip but i know sooner or later with 300+lbft it will go.....could it also be the clutch fluid not being able to cope? I havent been driving it too hard as im not entirely sure what power it is actually putting out.
Has anybody else experienced anything similar? A new gearbox was put in about 4000 miles ago as the previous one had 3 identical synchro problems in a year. Up to now the new box has been fine if a little "tight"
Cheers,
Neil.
P.S. its a UK 5 speed.

Synchro problems have usually been put down to the odd rushed change. You need to rush changes when you don't have a much power to play with. When you have much more power you can learn to take changes a little slower!
Non of this helps you of course but see how it feels after a gearbox oil change. Some have said it transformed the feel.
