Is it suited for recirc dump valves or just VTA? IIRC there was a return pipe goes in there somewhere?

Also, whereabouts in the country are you, and can you confirm whether it is recently manufactured or old stock from somewhere?

It has the recirc fitting. It's brand spanking because i had to wait for it to come in stock, it's the one that's re-inforced so no fear of collapse.
