Default Second car insurance....any advise?

I'm 27, live in the north of Sheffield (a little too close to Barnsley tho!) have 6 years MCB and a quote for a R reg 2000 Turbo is £830.

But the want £509 for a M reg VW Polo 1.3CL that is my cheap runaround!!

I run 2 cars, the best thing that you could try is asking your insurance co if they can do a policy for you with the 2 cars (2 seperate policies but you "may" get all or part of your ncb taken over!)
If not, then try someone like swinton insurance, they are pretty cheap when it comes to starting a second policy

Tony (ps my other car is with hill house hammond at the mo, but as they are being sold off its going to look like norwich union.......)

I'm with Norwich Union for Scooby. They gave me some discount but still £509 FC or £409 TPFT.

Admiral will do TPFT for £309....so may go for that

Yep try a Broker, their have access to a handfull of these schemes. It may also be cheaper to look at putting it in your partners name.
