Just got a renewal today from greenlight insurance today, from £950 to a whopping £1437.75.
No circumstances have changed from the last time I renewed.
31 with full no claims for countless years and these robbing ******* bounce up my premium by £500 just like that.
Just getting very very fed up with Impreza ownership now, after 7 years of owning Imprezas. Just been taken for a fukcing ride from everyone. Seriously asking why i should be paying for whats probably around 5k a year to run it, and be afraid of where I park the thing.
Seriously thinking of binning the car now and just forgeting about Imprezas etc from now on.

strange isn't it! I was with Greenlight last year and was shocked to see the premium shoot up from 800 to 1300.00. And why? I'm a year older; cars a year older etc..........
I ended up ringing them just to make sure it was right. To be fair they were quite honest and said they actually wanted to price people out of paying the premiums. Ended up going to Tescos for £800.00 with exhaust and brakes disclosed.Only comprimise on cover was no protected no claims.

I already have a second car:

Can't wait to go off road on Sunday at Devils Pit. It's more fun to drive than the P1, and you can go anywhere in it or park it anywhere! Insurance £270 with no bonus as a second car, £20 to fill it up
Ello Tams and Daz!

Just got off the phone for a quote on an Impreza for this year through Adrian Flux, only to be told straight away that in the past few months they have had tons of claims from Impreza drivers which has pushed there Impreza quotes way up in comparasin to other cars, so can other Subaru drivers please stop crashing so I can get a cheaper quote! lol!

she can buy her own car, ya like my tonka toy then?
It's 'interesting' in the twisties. Switchable rear wheel/4 wheel drive up to 62 mph. Although it's a bit of an experience doing near that speed!
Wobblier than Vanessa Feltz on a trampoline

Third party only, not sure there will be many takers on this board. IT's the Fiesta and Nova brigade you need to be talking too!
