how much would u guess a 1998 citroen saxo vtr would cost a 19 year old, just passed driving test, only used for social activities (not commuting) in a low low low crime area and parked in the driveway would cost?

my boss is selling his vtr, lovely motor never raked either which is unusual, but i doubt i could afford to insure it a tall a tall. well i could insure it but i would be living on potatoes and never go out for the whole year

strange thing about his vtr is that it has rear disk brakes, only vtr i've seen with them to be honest and they arent after market.
