I am still waiting for my pack and if i recall i paid well over a month ago for my subscription. can anyone help?

I paid for mine on 29 sept through paypal still not recieved anything.


I have also tried to request pack through user CP and get message that my address is not there, but there is an address listed for me.

Help please I need to start spending in the shop !!!!

Joined the end of August, requested a membership pack on the user cp, still says, when I check, it has been requested, address is correct, sent an email to Shaun, still no show . what else do I do

 

i believe they are sent in 28 day runs or something like that. dep-ends if you managed to get in the latest or not..

This is very strange as you do not have the SNPLUS member icon under your name either. Can you please email me (shaun@scoobynet.co.uk) the name of the account used for your PayPal account transaction and I will have a look out of accounts.

How long will it take? cos i'm getting a bit annoyed with the waiting.

I apologise for the wait, but as I explained in a previous post we were running approx a week behind on this specific batch of packs. We have now made the packs up and they will be in tomorrows post, so should reach you by Wednesday/Thursday of this week.
