No, there will not be an event this year as CVC couldnt get drivers, simulator and it,s obviously the busiest time of the year for them but theyre hoping to do something in November for customers.

Its about time i got something off CVC I've bought 2 scoobs of them and not got ****

Apart from pretty much top wack for my trade in and a discount on my extras , problem is trying to attend any event as I'm in Germany.

But nevertherless, i have got cracking service of them and use of a car when i was back in the UK on weekends waiting for my STI, which not many dealers would do for you for you.

Recently hooked up with lots of ex-pat scooby drivers in Germany to got to the OMV rally of Germany, spent the Friday following the rally in a convoy of scoobs tearing up the Mosel wine region of Germany, also passing the drivers in between stages. Spent Saturday with SWRT all day in the VIP area, which was really good, the luncheon was excellent and Corrona supplied the beer. Went to a party in a marquee on Saturday night hosted by Subaru Germany, its was fecking brilliant, the food was fantastic, booze flowed, the entertainment was really good.

The day was a bit spoilt by solly's departure from the rally, but I was in the VIP area when the car was brought back, they didn't show it as it was a mess, but its was good too hear that they were ok. They didn't want anyone looking at it, but we spoke to Hirvonen and the rest of the crew about it, they were a bit shook up about it.

Great weekend, cost a **** load in tickets, hotels and stuff, but was well worth it and will do it next year. Its a pity I can't make it back for the rally GB becuase of work, otherwsie I would do the same again, especially get VIP tickets for the service area with SWRT.

Also, back in May went to a place called Talhiem south of Stuttgart, met up with all the lads for a meet at a big subaru garage down there, fantastic party in the evening and I even got a Subaru Germany Owners club jacket out of them for nothing sponsered by the Subaru Allrad Heinze Center, complete with all the 555 logos and other SWRT logos etc as I had the only car with a Brit plate on it.

Just want to know when CVC will organise a track day/test drive/party etc, I would drive back for it.

I also need to chat with then about a few more mods! Especially if I can't change the dump valve with it affecting the warranty, mmmmmm.

I will try and find out.

 

Do you only get this invite if your car is under a warranty mine finishes in december
