David,

I think you'll find that most users of this BBS already own an Impreza turbo, or have one on order, and therefore aren't looking for a complete car.

However, you have some very tasty bits on your car, and I'm sure if you could return your car to standard, you would have loads of people offering to buy the various bits and pieces.

In fact, you would probably find that you would get more money back by adopting this approach! If you don't have the standard parts available, then I'm sure quite a few people would be prepared to swap their standard parts + cash in exchange for yours

Hi,

I regulary read this Board but don't yet have an Impreza. I often check this section looking out for a 5 door turbo (to fit the mountain bikes in the back).

Unfortunatly Dave, due to finances I won't be able to buy one until September , so this message is probably of no use to you. I just thought I'd mention that some people do read scoobynet and don't yet have a Subaru.

Cheers,
Paul.

Thought it would be a bit rude to ask you to sell the bits, but it does make sense...how much for the brakes?

Hi all,

Just wanted to say there's another non-Scooby owner out here ! With any luck (and a favorable wind) I'll be buying one fairly soon, but in the meantime the BBS is proving to be a very useful source of information. The Internet's great, isn't it ?

Keep posting the ads !

Cheers,

Steve.

While I'm not a scrapyard, there is some sense in this if I sell to a dealer.

So, offers for the following.
(david.lewis@instinet.co.uk)

Silver 16in alloys with slicks (fair condition)
SS Rear Box
Brembo Brake kit (exchange + fitting at SS)
Pioneer Head unit with 6 disk autochanger
Front and rear door JBL speakers (exchange + fitting)

Question

Dave,

What's the story on the car?. Did you decide not to sell any bits separately?. Still interested in the CD changer if it hasnt gone.

Cheers,

Mark
