recently tryin to get into first gear has been an effort i usually have to dip the clutch 2 or 3 times before it will go in and also ive have a serious power loss off the mark and in 4th and 5th. could this be down to a worn clutch/ release bearing. or is it somthing else?

First has always been a bit sticky ever since I got the car. Reverse is similar. No ideas re the power loss though. Hope you get it sorted, mate.
