I would like to know to how I change the rear adj sway bar??? I have in the mid position I think is 20mm how I put it in 22mm?? Is in the 1st hole and does not exists more bar or is the hole that the bar continue?? Just to you understand!!

Use the closest hole to the bar not the one closest to the end of it!

Struggling to understand what you are asking.

But if you change to a hole nearer to the bar it will be stiffer, if you change to a hole nearer to the end of the arm (further from the bar) then it will be softer.

In fact you don't have to move both sides together if you want to fine tune it, this will give 12 different settings rather than just 4. But for the first changes 4 is probably enough!
