Trying to update the R/A but the link just keeps rapidly repeating 'Break Received' interspersed with 'Stack Overflow' and 'Failed to connect to Road Angel device. Please check your settings'

I've re-started the computer, removed and re-loaded the R/A programme and swapped com port connections (physically and in settings), all to no avail.

Any suggestions please? Is it my computer or the R/A site?

I've had the thing a couple of months and not had a problem before and nothing has been changed inbetween times.
