What OS are you running ?
I take it Win2k, if so bung the processor in, turn server back on, make sure the OS can see the 2nd CPU, under Devices in Computer Management
If not, you will have to change the kernel to Multiprocessor, but thats easy cos you only update the driver for the single CPU one
Then AFAIK you just go into SQL Admin, right click on the SQL Server object, select properties, then tell it to use 2 CPU's
