I heard a rumour that Llandow Karting now do twin engine karts for hire at endurance/grand prix events.

Does anyone know if this is actually true and what the karts are like (I've done twin engines at Clay pigeon so if they're the same as them thats fine for me)

They are ok, nothing like a proper racing kart, but better than you standard kart you get at kart track. Llandow is a great circuit been there a few times with my own kart... I think the twin engine prokart can do something in the region of 50-60mph but it depends on the size of the track..

Someone here has links with the karting centre there. Seem to remember something trying to be organised before? Not sure whether there's restrictions on when you can use the twin engined ones????
