Default Remap & PPP

Can someone tell me if it is possible to remap (Ecutek) the WRX PPP ECU. I am going to be upgrading my UK300 PPP soon hopefully and I want to get the Ecutek remap but someone has advised that you may not be able to remap the PPP ecu.

Is this true?

Hi my UK300 had a PPP. The board is removen and then the you can remap.

The car is now making 285Bhp and 315lb.ft

APS 3.5 race system
APS cold air kit
APS TMIC
Ecutek 4

all maped and fitted by Chris @ G-Force

As above, the PPP "piggyback" is removed from the ECU and then you can have the remap and hopefully sell the PPP (although I've had no offers on mine yet )

Had mine done yesterday MYO1 WRX, full decat, STI top mount, STI air filter

Give Xtreme Scoobies a call as they are currently doing a group buy which you might be able to join in on.

Not sure as I haven't had it on the rolling road yet but I'd certainly hope to be somwhere between 280-290. I think Pat said it was approximately 212BHP at the wheels (but might have this wrong).

See here for details of the Groupbuy, it's a very good deal

Cheers

Chris
