i have had a search around and it seems the general opinion is that this is a good idea, i was wondering about polishing and waxing the car once it is fitted. What happens when you use swissol etc.. and get the paint gleaming, doesn't the Armourfend'ed parts show up as slightly duller?

Does cause a bit of a "nasty" line around the armourfend when polished, you just cant get rid of it.
You really need to weigh up whether its worth getting it applied or forking out for a front end respray a couple of years down the line.

Mine has saved me many times. I really can't see the line unless I'm standing over the car.

Best really to have a look at it before you decide. Whereabouts in the country are you?
