Default Subaru generic mud flaps.

After seeing several posts on mud flaps for the 53 WRX I decided to buy some of the generic Subaru ones at £21.
Problem is the front ones don't seem to fit, the fixing holes do not line up.

Has any one got any advice on fitting these? Do I need to drill extra holes in the flaps?
Also does any one have any pictures of the flaps fitted to a WRX.
Thanks.

Fitted mine recently and yes the holes don't line up! I used the top hole and drilled another one for the 2nd and a further hole into the side spoiler.

The rear ones did not feel like they were sevure, but have not fallen off yet.

Do you want a picture?
