I was just wondering how long it normally takes for the dispatch of the member pack once payment is received?

I paid for my subscription 14 days ago by Paypal, and although I appreciate that the pack can take "up to 28 days", I have "checked my status", and it says that my pack has not been dispatched yet.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

 

Mine took about 2 days tops

I was gobsmacked and posted up on here to say how quick the turnaround was

Packs will take up to 28 days for delivery. This includes the time it takes to process the application and get pack ready for dispatch, actual delivery is normally 1-2 days from the date given in your profile (stating when pack has been sent). We normally do pack run's in batches and are due one over the weekend as we are actually waiting for some more stickers to be delivered. Sorry for the perceived delay, but we will ensure we meet the proposed 28 day deadline.

This I don't understand??? I also note you have no SNPLUS members icon? Have you subscribed to this facility as it is not free and you have to pay £25 (which is done on-line via our PayPal Subscription facility).

I sent a cheque for £25 when all the fuss was kicked up about the Google ads (about 4 months ago? Probably more) and have heard bugger all since.

Have you requested your pack in the "user control panel"?

 

Got mine last week, 3 weeks I think after ordering which is fair enough as I would expect them to do it in batches and I know they were out of stickers. Check you have requested the pack in User CP, and entered correct address details. Otherwise drop Shaun an email I'm sure he'll sort it out.

BTW Where's everyone putting the www sticker? Just curious...

 

I only had one first class stamp stuck on my pack but got it delivered to Hong Kong! Was well surprised when the postie didn't ask for a surcharge!

Yeah i requested the membership pack on the same day.

 

I am still waiting for my pack and if i recall i paid well over a month ago for my subscription. can anyone help?

Your pack was requested on 17th August. We actually do the packs in batches and will be completing the last 28 day period batch during next week.
