Wink 550 cc Injectors from group buy

Hi,

Bought some 550cc injectors from a group buy on here a while back, will be fitting them to my car within the next week or two. I thought I would have a look at them to try and see how they fitted in.
When I looked closely at one of the injectors you can see marks on the metal body of it as if it has been twisted round in a pair of mole grips or similar. Will this cause any sealing problems with my adaptor kit from Pavlo?

Thanks

George

Shouldn't do, as this part is above the seal area and above the Pavlo kit.

Seems most 2nd hand injectors have these sort of marks , makes you wonder what ya gotta do to get them out!
Check for cracks in the pintle caps too ( the plastic bits on the injector end ) and if broke return them to whom ever you got them off for replacement.

How was the mapping, did you get much gain, and could the 550's be mapped to idle nicely?
