Default Permanent Live?

I have a MY 99 UK Turbo. I want to put a permanent wire into my SECS so that the clock keeps its time. I've just tried the bright switch to no avail(may as well the factory clock doesn't work anyways).

I don't think the lighter is permanent live and I got issues when I connected it to the hazard light switch.

Any ideas?

I did think of that but was hoping of a more easy one to get to. The stereo was a bast to fit in.
