Trackday helmet question

Can anybody tell me the required standard for a trackday helmet, and can I wear open face or only full face.
The meeting is by Track Action.

I doubt that they will have any specific standards for helmets, they are never looked at by tracj day organisers. I would get an open faced one. It makes talking and listening so much easier.

I think you only need a full face helmet/visor if you have an open top car/convertible?

Or if you have a convertible, you may have to run with the roof up if you have an open face helmet.
