nobody knows?
If you had the choice, and HADS to choose one of them to drive for 3 yrs, i.e. could not sell it etc, would you choose
A: wrx sti .1995
B: wrx '1999
what is difference in power between them both??

wrx 1999, because its newer + you can mod it all the way + insurance in the first instance will prob be cheaper + its a great car.... 
Love the STI too though so its a tough choice...
