PPP ECU into Forester?

yes mate .. it won't fit.
The ecu has the same form factor as the STi 5/6 and the MY99 doesn't have the climate control like your forester. The STi ecu will have the wrong map on it as the turbo's are different so that won't just drop in either.
Get a Ecutek map next time there is a group buy ( seems to be about 3 a year ), or just go to one of the tuners if you can't wait.
