check out the q- car black USDM - RS version with no spoiler looks pretty good IMHO.
Note: that it is not advised to have loud exhaust competitions at UK meets as this is likely to lead to 10 - 20 pages of ranting on the forum.

nope i think the "classic" shaped ones are a 2.5 litre RS version with no TURBO hence no flames. The "new age" ones WRX I think were the first turbo versions to meet compliance with US emmisions regulations.
You're spot on there, the new age WRX's were the first Turbo impreza's to be officially introduced to the US. However, there are a fair few 2.5 RS cars out there with aftermarket turbo kits on them, and all I can say is "yum!" 
It's almost v tempting to just get a new age 2.5 RS and put a turbo kit on it, stealth and speed, perfect combination.

I thought that the white one - which sounds like its running anti-lag being a two- door was a type R.
apparently it is a 2.5 RS sedan converted to a wait for it "RS TURBO" oh no!!
