Just wondering if anyone has a definative yes or no as to whether an STi7 engine will fit into my 99MY Legacy GT-B after it decided to produce a nice big hole in the block at No1 journal. I realise that the manifolds and all ancillaries would have to be changed, but just need to know that they will fit with no or very little modification.

 

Heads are different also (oil n water for primary).
The bottom end will swap straight over
