Default Power FC boost settings?

I'm finding it hard to find some info on the boost settings options for the Apexi PFC. Dead easy if i had a RX7

It seems to have 4 settings, with target boost, duty cycle and then another number which seems to be between 200 and 255.... not a clue what this is? Do you just highlight the boost option from the 4 you want? No matter which i seem to go for (from 0.8 to 1.2 bar) it seems to always control to 1 bar??

Any advice welcome.

Cheers,

Tony.

You can individually set each of these 4 options on the power fc and just select one of the four to use.

Most people would only use one setting all the time, and the duty cycle and target setting would be adjusted as desired (and normally left alone).

Do you understand what the duty cycle does? (not meaning to insult your intelligence, just asking )

LOL.. yes i understand boost control and duty cycles.

What i wanted to know was what the last number relates too (the 200ish number) and how you select which of the 4 to use. I'm guessing you just highlight it and then go back to the previous menu... didn't seem to make a dam bit of difference which one i selected tho. Either 0.8 or 1.2 bar it seem to control to 1 bar? I'll have more of a play tonight.

I've got 255 on all of mine, and are not adjustable. I've no idea what they are.

You are correct in selecting the one you want, and then pressing "previous"

What's the maximum duty cycle you've tried? I needed about 63% to achieve 1.2, although I'm running .9 at the moment with a 52% duty (via AVC-R)

Have you checked for hose leaks? Is the wastegate sealing properly? etc. etc.

I use an AVC-R to control my boost, so I can't really help you any more than that.
