Is the Sti v3 ECU the exact same as the Sti RA v3 ECU?

Is the Sti v3 ECU the exact same as the Sti RA v3 ECU?
Are these ECU's the same as in interchangeable bearing in mind the DCCD and ABS functions? I really do not know and I need to know for private reasons!
