Question

Easy one this (I hope!)

I have a Pioneer DEH7000R head unit (stay with me on this, its not an ICE question!)

I would like to link the door sensors to the inputs on the stero (yes, it does have them). Can anyone tell me where these sensor cables are on a MY94 WRX?

Cheers

Its for a built in alarm in the stereo, if anyone opens a door the stereo gives off the loudest noise I've ever heard.

My ICE dealer missed these on my installation.

My ICE dealer missed it too, but I took the car back and got them to wire it up.

If memory serves me correctly the wires are located behind the plastic cover around the 'A' pillar. I think they simply spliced a wire into each side and ran it to the stereo.

A handy little extra, but it scares the S**T out of you when you forget to put the face back on.

I had the KEH-P8600R Head unit fitted and the wire is conected to the door switch cable. You should have the installation manual in the box. Quite simple realy.
