I presume that you are talking about the 80/80 bulbs?

I use these in my Type R and have done since day 1 although the Type R comes with 100/80 bulbs as standard so it seems that the Type R has uprated wiring compared to the UK and taking on board the comments someone had made about melting the bulb connectors but I think that was with 100/80 bulbs.

Anyone had any experience with these bulbs? I've got a pair and gonna put em in a sport (when I get it !) just wondered how the plastic reflectors stand up to the heat they generate, my current car has glass etc and they are excellent.any advice anyone ?
