Hello all,
I've just aquired an exhaust from an STI8 for my MY01 WRX, full system, where's the best place to get it fitted, would it be Subaru? or can any garage do it, does anyone know what gains in power, if any! there will be??

 

I got my local ATS to fit mine only a ten minute job gave him a tenner for doing it that was just the backbox.

dunno about the wrx pipe, but I couldn't wait to get rid of my STI BB and put on the prodrive unit.

The standard STI box is very quiet mate. but some say it breathes quite well even though it muffles the sound alot.

If you want the harsh flat four burble then get an after-market bb.
