Question 95 unleaded to 100RON using octane Booster

Is this easily possible without messing up the mixture and how many bottles would I have to use for a full tank?

Cheers,
Ant

You can use Optimax which is 98.6RON and OB and that should take you to 100RON.

If you use Millers it works better without cats apparantly.

I think with 50 mls of NF black bottle you get 1 ish RON, so I think a whole bottle would be needed going from 95 to 100 RON (250mls per bottle). Prob 1/2 bottle for taking super (97RON) or optimax (98RON) to 100 RON is the recommendation I think. For track days tho just stick a load in as this will reduce temps and should give you smooth-running.

My 95WRX seems to run ok with just optimax though. Having said that it was smoother, and probably a little bit more responsive, when I used 50 mls with optimax - sounded really sweet with that stuff in.

hope this helps,
cheers
Spence

Only super unleaded stations are pretty far from me, so just wanted to know it can be done.
