Default Fitting Boost Gauge

Gonna try and fit a Boost gauage this weekend, quick question though, where do you route the hosing from the gauge to under the bonnet? - do you have to remove part of the dashboard or is there an easier way?

thanks

hi

if its a 93 - 00 my there is a grommit betwwen the interior and engine bay.
should be near the clutch pedal about knee high. can see it better from inside the engine bay. just make a hole in the gromit and feed the hose through. make sure the hose is not near the clutch pedal or too close to the turbo.

Only problem is the grommit is over on the passenger side of the engine bay, and many vaccum hoses you get with the guage are not long enough.

There is a spy hole on the drivers side which when taken out reveals the bulk head, drill a hole through this and you come out exactly where you need to be, just be careful there are no wires in the way but there should not be.

Take the bottom part of the dash off (5 screws) and there is lots of room to work
