They're growing into the USA market aren't they. There've been some issues with the USA STi going bang plus all of the usual pops and farts in rolling out new models. Plus their dealer network is inexperienced re. the STi.
In short, things go wrong and it takes too long to a) get and answer and b) put it right.
All IMO based on threads and articles.
