Physically it'll fit. However, you would also need the P1 rear diff to go with it as the P1 transmission uses different final drives (and 1:1 drop gear ratios).

I'd suggest that a P1 transmission wouldn't be an ideal choice for a regular UK Turbo 2000, as the gearing's a bit too short.
