Question Does the P1 engine have Prodrive forged pistons?

There has been a suggestion on the p1woc that the P1 engine was stripped down by Prodrive and the pistons were replaced with their own forged ones. I have never heard this before, can any one clarify this? Also can anyone give a definitive spec of the P1 engine and mods done to it by Prodrive?

The P1 engine is mechanically identical to the STi Version 5 engine. It has STi 'forged' pistons. Prodrive would not be in a position to rebuild the engines in the P1's as they just don't have the staff or time.
