Anyone fitted one of these? - and does it have blessing of Subaru dealer and does not invalidate warranty etc. A lot of info on exotekplc.co.uk but I keep an open yet cautious mind.

 

avoid like plague, it has no place on a turbo car whatsoever.

Thanks Paul.. thought as much. In fairness Ecotek website does point out that if it did work, it would only be any good sub-boost. I am going to leave my engine well alone and let my right foot do the petrol saving. Sometime soon, I am going to do one tank on extreme economy when I can avoid stop start driving - I want to break the 30MPG barrier - I've come within a whisker but that was a mix of long 70MPH-ish! cruising, hilly areas, country lanes, towns etc and a few frantic boost bits.
