Try the 22ins Carlos Fandango with 225.10.22 rubber, good round corners. They will also set your brakes of nicely.

19" wheels will not fit your car. People fitting 18" wheels are having trouble enough finding tires that will make the wheels go on without scrubbing. I think Pirelli P-Zero 225/35/18 are the only 225 width tire that will fit. Some also run 215/35/18 Pirelli P7000.
With 19" wheels you would still need to keep within the same rolling cirumference and such low profile tires doesn't excist. Pirelli makes P7000 in 215/35/19 but that's 3% bigger than the 225/35/18 tires.... And those are bigger than original fitment too I suppose. What are the original tire size on your car ?

Sorry guys couldn't resist Carlos.
I've been waiting years to use that.
It was an add on TV about putting wheels and tyres so wide the stuck out about a foot from the car and when the car went through a width restriction it left its wheels behind.

It was about Panatellas I think.

Hunter! It's only been 20 odd years since then.
Why did you have to remind me of my age I was getting used to not using my Zimmer.
