I found this 1996 Impreza GT, series 555 (golden rims, prodrive susp?), about 50k miles (76k km) on it. Is there anything special I should be aware of when I check out the car ? It had front damage but was reportedly well repaired.
I never had 4x4 car before, nor one with a boxer machine... So hints, hints ?

My cars are 1993 RX7 and 1996 Civic VTi (which would be sold in favour of Impreza).

Hi,

If you can take it for a test drive,make sure it drives in a straight line!no pulling to either side.Give the brakes a good prod too.If you can give it some welly,turbo boost should be strong,especially as this is a early car with the TD05 turbo.Otherwise use common sense like buying any car.
