Default BLITZ BOV ON 96 IMPORT - PLEASE HELP!

Has anybody fitted one of these to their 96 import imprezza?
I have got a universal kit, not the vehicle specific one. If anyone could point me in the direction of where to get the parts to fit this, I would be most grateful. Even a description of what to get would be a great help.

Thanks in advance.

Got any pics of the actual valve you are trying to fit?

Aren't dump valves on pre 98 scoobs hose connected ?

Its quite possible this wont fit,

The Blitz DV should have a mate at the bottom for a pipe to go on,

also is it not 2 big to go between the intercooler and induction feed,

what does the bottom of th DV look like

I had the same problem but could not source a meade up part anywhere.

With the kit you sould get a steel flange that mates with a gasket onto the input to the BOV. You need to attach a pipe to this gastket (braze / weld it on). You can then attach to the stub-ipe from the intercooler with a short rubber hose. Also you'll need to block the re-circ hose of with a blanking plug - if memory serves you don't get one with blitz but loads of places do 'em (demon tweeks if you can;t be bothered to shop around / make one up).

However I took mine right back off as it causes the mixture to run momentarily rich when you come off the thottle which causes regular stalling at junctions / crappy performance between gear changes......

Got the same problem with the blitz fitted to mine too

HKS seems to work pretty well.. although fairly quiet by comparison.
